This week marks yet another anniversary of the Allied Forces' attack on Germany in June, 1944 - the attack on the beaches of Normandy that changed the course of the second world war.

With all stories of war, there are those that are unusual and in some cases, almost unbelievable, with detentions happening to those who in any way, real or imagined, were considered to be hampering the Allied War effort, or worse yet, aiding the enemy.

This is one such story, and I hope you find it as intriguing as did I.

Enjoy the story of the D Day Codes.

Listen to me on the podcast at www.donspodradio.com on the 20's and of course, here as well.

All the best for this week.
