This week, I need to be very careful about the description I give to my commentary, in order to keep you guessing - I don't want to give away the answer to those whose thinking caps are not properly adjusted.

Give this some thought! What do YOU think the MOST RECORDED SONG IN HISTORY might be. I can give you a hint! It was originally composed and recorded in the mid 60's by a very. very popular artist - who sang this song as a solo, but who was a part of a group at the time it was recorded.

Give up?? Well, click on the link and find out what the song was.

Retrospective is heard weekly on the podcast from www.donspodradio.com and www.donspodradio.podomatic.com on the 20's and here in it's entirety.

I am taking a week off next week as it is spring break! Don and the gang at the station will be enjoying the week's vacation and I will do some research for upcoming programs.

When we come back, I will be hosting podcast 99 from the station - a salute to BOB - yes we have dug up all the best Rock and Roll music recorded by anyone named Bob, Bobby, Bobbie, etc,. and will do our best to compact as many as we can into the hour!

So, until then, click on the link and hear the MOST RECORDED SONG IN HISTORY.
